N-channel MOSFET, can handle 600V drain-to-source voltage and 20A continuous current. Comes in TO-220F full-pack through-hole package. Ideal for power switching and control. Delivers up to 32W maximum power dissipation. Designed for standard MOSFET switching tasks. Not recommended for new design projects. Original, new stock available.
