TCM809SVNB713
Single-channel voltage supervisor IC monitors system voltage and asserts a reset when voltage drops below 2.93V. Features a simple push-pull output in a tiny SOT-23-3 package for space-limited PCBs. Suitable for reliable power-on reset in a wide range of electronics.
Monitors one voltage rail. Threshold set at 2.93V. Output is push-pull (totem pole), active low. Reset timer minimum is 140ms. Works in –40°C to +125°C temperature range. RoHS3 and REACH compliant. IC contains an internal precision voltage detector, comparator, and reset output driver. Housed in SOT-23-3 surface mount (3-pin) with clear marking for pin identification. No external timing capacitor required.
Fast response to undervoltage conditions with minimal propagation delay. Stable operation across industrial temperature range. Output compatible with CMOS and TTL logic. Low quiescent current. Debounced active-low reset output ensures clean system reset.
