High-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M4F core. 120MHz operation speed. Equipped with 256KB Flash memory and 128KB RAM. 64-pin TQFP package size (10x10mm). Wide connectivity including USB, UART, SPI, I2C, QSPI, MMC/SD, LINbus, EBI, EMI and IrDA. Integrated advanced data converters (24 x 12-bit ADC, 2 x 12-bit DAC). Includes peripherals like PWM, DMA, I2S, brown-out detect/reset, and power-on reset. For demanding embedded applications.
