TPS51285ARUKR
Quad output voltage regulator IC combining two synchronous step-down (buck) controllers and two linear (LDO) regulators. Designed for compact, efficient power management. Operates at high frequencies (400kHz, 475kHz) to enable small external components. Packaged in a 20-pin, 3mm x 3mm WQFN for space-critical designs. Suitable for battery-powered and embedded systems needing multiple voltage rails. Industry-standard, reliable, RoHS3 compliant.
Four outputs: two buck controllers for step-down DC-DC conversion, two LDO for low-noise linear regulation
