TL16C554AFNG4
Asynchronous communication IC (UART), four channels, 16-byte FIFO memory. Handles serial data transfer and supports modem control features. Reliable for multi-port serial expansion. Originally available in a 68-pin PLCC package (24.23 x 24.23 mm), surface mounted.
Data rate up to 1 Mbps. Supplies voltage between 3V and 5.25V. Includes auto flow control and false start bit detection. Four UART channels total. Communications handled via 16-byte FIFOs for each channel. Surface-mount package type: 68-LCC (J-Lead). Complies with ROHS3 and unaffected by REACH regulations. Moisture sensitivity level is 3, which allows 168 hours at JEDEC level.
