SN74LVC1T45DBVTG4
Bidirectional voltage level translator IC by Texas Instruments. Provides reliable voltage shifting for digital signals. Offers fast data rate of 420Mbps in a small SOT-23-6 package. RoHS3 compliant and suitable for compact or densely populated PCBs.
1 channel (bidirectional), 1 circuit. Translation voltage range VCCA: 1.65V to 5.5V, VCCB: 1.65V to 5.5V. Output type is tri-state and non-inverted. Maximum data rate of 420Mbps. Operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Surface mount with SOT-23-6 case. Moisture Sensitivity Level 1, unlimited floor life.
Single-circuit integrated circuit. SOT-23-6 surface-mount package. Supports bidirectional signal translation. Tri-state logic output.
Handles voltage-level translation between different logic circuits. High-speed data rate up to 420Mbps. Wide voltage compatibility for both sides (1.65V to 5.5V). Low power operation. Robust operation over industrial temperature range.
