Single-channel R-2R architecture DAC with integrated voltage output buffer. Contains an internal reference voltage source. Designed in a compact PLCC surface-mount package with 20 leads.

Fast 3µs settling time, allowing quick changes in analog output. High resolution with 8-bit accuracy. Low INL/DNL ensures high fidelity in analog signal conversion. Buffered output avoids load capacitance effects. Wide analog and digital supply voltage support from 4.5V to 16.5V.

Application Environments

Best suited for industrial controls, instrumentation, process automation, data acquisition systems, automatic test equipment, and any other systems requiring medium-resolution voltage output DACs.
