Jinlong Machinery’s SMD/SMT reflow series vibration motors are an excellent choice for fully automated, high-speed mass production utilizing pick and place machines. This is the only series of vibration motor available on tape and reel. If hand soldering the motor to the PCB ( i.e. making prototypes), do not use flux as this can enter the motor and cause it to fail. This series of motors cannot be washed after the reflow process.
At only 3.05 mm, the Z30C1T8460001 has the lowest profile of any SMD vibration motor on the market. It generates a minimum G-force of 0.55 G (min.) at 2.7 VDC.
The Z4FC1B1301781 has the largest PCB footprint in this motor series and generates the highest G-force of 0.70 G (min.) at 3 VDC.
