Trenz Electronic's TE0745 series with the Xilinx Zynq-7000 all programmable SoC for industrial use with a 5.2 cm x 7.6 cm footprint containing 1 Gigabyte DDR3 SDRAM, up to 64 MByte QSPI Flash memory, Ethernet, and USB. All this on a tiny footprint of 5.2 cm x 7.6 cm at a competitive price. These high-density integrated modules are smaller than a credit card and are available in several variants. Other assembly options for cost or performance optimization plus high volume prices are available on request. Depending on the customer design, additional cooling might be required. There is a base board available for this module. The latest documentation, design support files, and reference designs with source files are available for download free of charge.
